1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Hubs

To ensure efficient delivery and a wider selection of titles, we operate from two main hubs:

  • Australia Hub: Services our customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the Oceania region.
  • India Hub: Services our customers in Asia and fulfills global orders for titles sourced directly from Indian publishers.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship to over 100 countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe. Your order will be dispatched from the hub that holds the stock and offers the most efficient route to your location.

Shipping Times

  • Australia Domestic: 3–7 business days.
  • India Domestic: 5–10 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (Standard) or 5–10 business days (Express).

Note: Shipping times may vary based on local customs processing and postal service speeds.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the books and your delivery address. We partner with reliable carriers to offer the most competitive rates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please note that Lippi Media is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase. You may return a book within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The book arrived damaged or defective.
  • The wrong book was sent to you.
  • The book is in its original, unread, and mint condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads or E-books.
  • Books marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@lippimedia.com with your order number and photos of the item (if damaged).
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address for either our Australian or Indian hub.
  3. Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated from our Australia or India hub, we are unable to cancel the shipment.
