Absolutely! If there is a specific title you are looking for, please email us. We will do our best to source it through our network in India or Australia.

4. Where do you ship from?

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from two primary hubs:

  • India: For our customers in Asia and global orders for rare titles.

Yes! We ship globally. Whether you are in Canada, the USA, the UK, Europe, or Southeast Asia, we can deliver Punjabi literature to your doorstep.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Within Australia: 3–7 business days.

  • Within India: 5–10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Typically 10–20 business days depending on the destination and the shipping hub used.

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the books and your delivery location. We strive to provide the most competitive international rates possible.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Returns & Cancellations

10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

11. What is your return policy?

We accept returns if the book arrives damaged or if the wrong title was sent. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
